The MetaScope spatial transcriptomics integrated system can perform spatial transcriptomic imaging detection of frozen tissue sections with subcellular resolution. It boasts advantages of high throughput, large scale, and subcellular resolution, and can customize gene sets ranging from 4 to 1400 genes, achieving ultra-high throughput. With an ultra-large imaging field of 4.94 square centimeters, it can achieve imaging for the size of the entire mouse brain region. The resolution can reach up to 200nm, with options for subcellular resolution down to single-cell resolution, meeting various research needs.
